Thank you for choosing Onkar Makes. Every piece we create is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, processing times may differ from those of mass-produced items.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Personalized or custom-made products may require 5–10 business days before shipment, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United States
If you are located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and shipping method selected.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
While we strive to ship every order promptly, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- High shipping volumes
- Postal disruptions
- Other unforeseen events
Onkar Makes is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet entered production or shipped, please contact us immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
We will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier. If additional assistance is needed, we are happy to help investigate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
