Returns & Refund Policy
At Onkar Makes, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Our goal is for every order to become a meaningful keepsake that you'll treasure for years to come.
If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Each personalized or custom-made item is created specifically for you using the names, dates, or details you provide.
Because these pieces are uniquely made, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
However, we want you to truly love your order.
If you're not completely satisfied with your personalized piece, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to understand your concerns and, where appropriate, we'll gladly remake your piece one time at no additional cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief explanation of your concerns
Our goal is always to make things right.
Please note that remakes are offered for genuine craftsmanship or satisfaction concerns and do not apply to customer errors such as incorrect spelling, names, dates, or information submitted during ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our workshop. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@onkarmakes.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, as they're already being handcrafted specifically for you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
