Because every item is handcrafted from natural wood:

Wood grain, knots, and texture vary naturally.
Slight variations in colour, engraving depth, and finish are normal.
Product dimensions may vary slightly due to the handmade production process.
Screen colours may differ from the final product.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

4. Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, dates, quotations, and spelling.

Please review your personalization carefully before completing your purchase.

Once production begins, personalized orders cannot be modified.

Onkar Makes is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available during checkout.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including:

Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment authorization issues
Incorrect customer information

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

8. Production & Shipping

Production times vary depending on product type and order volume.

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather
Postal disruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
